Isolation process items

It seems to me that I am in a season of isolation processing... A phrase coined by J. Robert Clinton in his study of leadership development at Fuller Theological seminary. Its a time of development in ministry when convergence has not occurred (for whatever reason).  A number of things can happen in this phase:

A new perspective forms;
Sense of destiny can be rekindled;
Come to a new openness to new ideas and change;
Broadening through exposure to others;
Inner convictions from Gods word;
Guidance.

Food for thought.
